Call it ReDesign, Call it Staging – We Call it BOTH!

June 13, 2012
Many times we are approached by both Sellers and Realtors about our Staging services and asked if we can “work around” existing furniture in the home while the family is in transition in their move.  ABSOLUTELY, and this Silver Lake home is a great example of what an experienced Professional Home Stager can do to transform your home or listing by editing, adding, rearranging and redesigning what might already be in the home.
By using furniture the Seller wanted to leave in the home until the future home was ready, Platinum Home Staging, Inc. was able to transform every room in the home be rearranging, editing, re-designing and adding final touches and accessories to make the home MLS and Internet ready.  The before and after photos below was the only room in the house that was furnished entirely. We were able to take a dark, traditional home and transform it into light, bright and transitional home for the younger family that would be interested in the numerous bedrooms, large back yard and great schools within walking distance.  AGAIN: we are happy to announce that we just received word that this house is ALSO is escrow in less than 2 weeks from being Staged!!!
You see; each house is DIFFERENT.  Every house has a different BUYER DEMOGRAPHIC. Platinum Home Staging, Inc. pays attention to these details which is why we have such great successes, home – after – home – after – home that we Stage!
If you are located in the Los Angeles or Ventura County areas and are ready to sell your home or listing, contact Platinum Home Staging, Inc. for your free Home Staging estimate. (818) 878-9936
